King Global Real Estate Acquisitions
Direct acquisition.Disciplined execution.
We evaluate residential real estate acquisition opportunities in selected U.S. markets. King Global enters transactions as a principal for its own account—not as the seller's broker or agent.
For Property Owners
A clear path from property review to closing.
We combine disciplined underwriting with straightforward communication. If a property fits our criteria, we can present written terms and coordinate a remote-capable diligence and closing process.
- A direct relationship with King Global as a prospective principal buyer
- Written acquisition terms and a defined diligence process
- Remote-capable review and transaction coordination
- No claim that we represent the seller or act as the seller's agent
- State-specific notices, documents and closing procedures when applicable
Transaction Structure
We market our interest—not someone else's property.
King Global may purchase a property directly, or it may assign, sell or otherwise transfer its contractual or equitable interest to another investor where permitted by law. Any such structure is documented and disclosed as required.
Acquisition Process
Five steps. One disciplined standard.

Property Intake
We review the property address, ownership, condition, asking price and desired closing timeline.
- 02
Underwriting
Our team evaluates the property, market, estimated costs, transaction structure and acquisition risk.
- 03
Written Offer
If the opportunity fits our criteria, we present clear written terms for the owner's consideration.
- 04
Due Diligence
We verify key information and coordinate the appropriate title, escrow or closing professionals.
- 05
Disposition or Close
We may acquire the property directly or assign or transfer our contractual interest where lawful and disclosed.
